How do I give you my hard-earned cash in exchange for these lovely doodley thingies?
For now, you can use either Maybank2U or CIMBClicks for payment. Account details will be given to you upon checkout. After you have made your payment, please screencap/PDF the receipt and email it to me at mimi.mashud@gmail.com as proof of payment. If you're not from around here (by here I mean the great wonderful hot sticky land of Malaysia), please contact me directly at the forementioned email and we can work something out!

How will my package be delivered to me?
For normal, smallish items, the delivery method of choice is Pos Ekspres. You will be notified when I have made the PO trip to deliver your package and usually the package will arrive 1-2 days after. All packages will be lovingly enshrouded with bubble wrap to prevent most kinds of package catastrophes.

In the likely event of me selling a cute baby elephant here, and you want to purchase that cute baby elephant, most likely we'll have to resort to parcel service by Pos Malaysia. Delivery rates will vary, depending on the temperament of said baby elephant.

I don't like anything I see here! I want to commission something!

What's the difference between normal and commissioned items?
Normal items are the ones you see here on the store. But sometimes you have something specific in mind that you would like to be captured on canvas, here's where commissioning becomes a more convenient route.

Some of the advantages of commissioning an artwork:

- I draw what you want, based on your specific request, instead of browsing the store for something that might catch your fancy.
- I don't put your commissioned item on the store, so you don't have to worry that someone else might get to it before you do. Once commissioned, it's yours.

The pricing for commissioned artwork is slightly different, but a general rule is it is +RM5 on top of the normal store items for a given canvas size. For example, for a 4"x4" canvas that's sold for RM27 on the store, a commissioned version of it will be RM32. For canvas sizes that's not available with normal store items, drop me an email for pricing.

There's no minimum order for commissioned artwork. You can order just one!
